Revolve (3rd – 5th Grade)
We meet every Sunday at Grace Community Church at 9:00am and 10:45am. The doors open 15 minutes prior to the start of each service.
In Revolve we “revolve” around WONDER, DISCOVERY, and PASSION:
- Wonder for who God is and what He has created.
- Discovery of who God created us to be.
- Passion for community, for serving others, and for being a part of God’s big story.
What to Expect
Each Sunday we accomplish our vision through a three-part system of Worship, Large Group, and Tribal Time.
A typical Sunday has 3rd, 4th and 5th graders gather together first in Revolve with their groups and group leaders. When the adult service begins, groups head down to the auditorium to experience Worship with the body of the church. This is about a 15-minute time where we go down to the very front row of the auditorium to worship with our church family. After worship is over the groups exit the auditorium and head back into Revolve for Large Group.
Through Large Group we gather to hear a message specifically designed for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. This portion of the morning lasts about 15 minutes.
We then transition into small group time where kids unpack the lesson with their fellow group members and group leaders. This is a time where we can dive deeper into scripture, apply the biblical lesson to our lives, and grow in community, by answering questions to help kids think and apply the lesson.
