Merge 2020

Has been cancelled

Hello Parents and MERGE20 Students,

We regret to inform you that we have made the decision to fully cancel MERGE20 weekend here at Grace Community Church. As we’ve continued to monitor the situation with COVID-19 we are seeing increased measures locally to help prevent the spread of this disease. Already CMCSS has canceled all after school activities and extracurricular transportation and APSU has extended their spring break and gone to virtual classes until April. With these complications arising with COVID-19, we have also seen our partner churches pull out of the event, and a large majority of our out of town leaders and the team unable to attend.

In light of these local events, and out of an abundance of caution we believe it is in the best interest of our students, leaders, and families to cancel the entirety of our weekend retreat. We do this with very heavy hearts knowing that this weekend is so impactful for so many within our city and especially for your student. We are sad about this call, but feel it is in the best interest of our people.

Refunds will be processed today and will take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. If you paid through check a refund check will be mailed out soon and you can expect to receive that in the mail. As of right now Relevant is still scheduled for Wednesday nights, but we will continue to monitor COVID-19 and its spread in Middle Tennessee and keep you all posted of any changes.

In the meantime, thank you for understanding and be on the lookout for information regarding a three-week devotional that we will be released in place of our MERGE weekend teaching.
